During shingle installation a piece of shingle was dropped down into my solar tube. The person in charge (t?) took off the cap and removed the piece of shingle.and reinstalled the cap. During Hurricane Milton the cap blew off and landed by my front door. I contacted Eustis Roofing via phone and email. Water was inside my solar tube and the cap needed to be replaced and water removed. I was referred to a phone number to report it two days later. I reported it To date there has been no response from you. I had to pay the solar guys $200 to fix this problem. I would like to be reimbursed for this cost due to the negligence ofEustice Roofing.

Jessica was extremely helpful and explained the process/timeline clearly so we knew what to expect. The crew was very respectful to our property and left it the way they found it. The project manager (E) came out after the roof installment to make sure our property and installment was to our satisfaction. Very impressed with everyone I came in contact with.

The roofing technician was courteous and professional, we would use Eustis roofing services again for any future needs.

The service was ok but we feel we were way over charged for the amount of work that was done. Paying $925 for slightly over an hours work with materials including 2 shingles and some roof cement we feel the cost to us was certainly excessive . Next time we need any roof work done we will certainly shop around.

Eustis Roofing came to our home over a bad storm, I am currently out of the country and this was very stressful knowing there could be a potential disaster! They did an outstanding job and have a very professionally run company with great customer service! I highly recommend them!!!

Two FYI'S manufactured homes, ladders up against the fascia,leaves scratches,denting, bending supports, and fall off.#2 cover of air conditioning out side condenser, when covered with a sheet of plywood the unit must be turned off,the homeowner should be notified or the unit could be damaged.I do know that a neighbors new roof installed buy Eustis used a screen with a support system that worked, but not at my job, luckily I was in the a/c business, it could be a problem for the uninformed home owner.I am very pleased with the job, and have recovered to friends. One more, shingle delivery, dropping bundles,on manufactured homes roofs shakes , rattles causing things to fall off shelf's, light fixtures to come loose,(not my house, because I mentioned it to delivery guy) but from neighbors with other companies.Kevin ,sales ,great, covered everything, great job!! All the staff was great to deal with pleasant courteous answered all my questions the price was reasonable and the workers were courteous also they worked hard and finished putting on a new roof in a day and cleaned up everything on the ground never knew they were there

Eustis Roofing has always been dependable. They address every question promptly. Their staff are very knowledgeable and care about each customer. I would recommend them to everyone who has a roofing problem.

On July 12,2024, roofing Manager came and inspected the roof because I had a leak that needed repair. (suspect vent boot) He said that I needed to replace both vent boots and all the screws in the metal roof. They should be stainless steel w/groments.
On July 22,2024, repair crew came and replaced both vent boots and all screws w/stainless steel screws, Rained that evening. Still leaking!
On July 23,2024, called Eustis Roofing regarding the leaking issue. I was told someone would be out tomorrow. Roof still leaking.
On July 24,2024, Eustis Roofing repair crew did not show up. Called Eustis Roofing again. Someone will be out tomorrow.
On July 25,2024, Eustis Roofing repair guy came out and tightened some screws and caulked them. Was supposed to do a leak test. DID NOT!!!

On July 26,2024, service manager came out did leak test and found the leak. The service manager and sales manager tarped my roof until the repair was done.
On July 27,2024, repair crew came out replaced both boots for the second time and sealed the seams by the vents. They then did another leak test and finally no more leak.
All the while this was going on I had water dripping between my inside wall and outside wall in master bathroom.
THERE IS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT IN COMMUNICATIONS AND DISCIPLINE WITHIN THIS COMPANY.
THE MANAGERS WERE POINT ON. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND TRULY CONCERNED.
I BELIEVE A LEAK TEST SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FROM THE GET GO THEN I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD 4 OR 5 MORE DAYS OF LEAKING IN MY WALL.

Our roof job was supposed to be 2 1/2 weeks out from a signed contract. It is ironic to receive this survey this morning. I sent the signed contract and a check for the full job 11 days ago. I called the office for a status this morning. I am waiting for a call back on the status. I am not aware of any progress, or scheduled activity, to provide feedback on a survey.

The installation of the roof went exactly as scheduled. The workers were very professional, the cleanup went well. And I am very happy with the new roof. There was only one shingle that did not seat properly, and the crew came back and took care of it right away. Thank You!!

Through the process Eustis RC staff were helpful,communicative and professional. They wrote a contract and lived upto it without adding hidden costs at job time. They seem to be the most reputable roofing company that I’ve encountered in the area.
