Energy Exteriors did a great job replacing the siding and windows at our house.

I wish that I could offer a stronger review of Energy Exteriors. My project started off well, communication was great and there was a lot of care taken in the planning process leading up to the work. I was doing a full siding and window replacement. Due to a delay in the windows, the siding went first. This part of the project went well. Unfortunately the window work was a very different story. The window team did not properly protect the work area, scratching my counters and leaving the work site quite messy. Additionally, they left the work site early one day without communication and left the door unlocked. Due to multiple delays on a door, the project was extended almost a full year before it was complete. As the project drug on, communication was less frequent and it felt like there was more frustration from the company than understanding that this was extremely frustrating for me, the customer. As a take away, I would recommend Energy Exteriors for straightforward, siding only jobs but the lack of care for the interior of my house, causing damage and leaving the work site unattended and unlocked is unacceptable. If their care and communication was better, the overall experience would have been much improved.

I had a very pleasant experience with Energy Exteriors NW. Brandon was excellent, we had many companies out for a quote and he was the only one who treated me with respect. He fully explained everything and why it was needed, we chose to go with Energy Exteriors because of this, we knew exactly what they were going to accomplish.They were able to work with us during the project, we asked for some additional work to be completed and they were able to do it. They also spotted some critical structural issues with our foundation that they were able to fix as well.I was very pleased with both the service, and the work performed. I will reccomend this company to all my friends and family!

Having evaluated a few other sales and installers of windows, I chose Energy Exteriors NW. I am very glad I did. The work performed was done right - even when a little extra work was required to make it right. In a situation with a door being installed, the plan was to install it in the existing opening. However, this would have made the door stick out somewhat from the house. The installer took extra time to properly prepare the opening, install the door flush with the house, and finish the trim work (I had trim ready to install). The installation looks like it was build with the house - and the door is fantastic.

Our windows are beautiful. We had 5 windows replace in our kitchen and family room including one sliding glass door. The project ended up taking a few months, but in the end it is perfect!! We absolutely love our new windows.

I highly recommend Energy Exteriors NW LLC for anyone replacing windows or sliding doors- which is the service I had done. I needed to have a sliding door replaced and I had called a few other companies who talked my ear off (one company for 4 hrs..!), offered a whole house or nothing quote or another offered a highly expensive sliding door after a 2hr educational seminar..!. EE NW worked with me on what I wanted done, did not talk my ear off and did not push me during any step or try to sell me more than what I needed. I needed the sliding door lifted to a higher height and they worked on it, no problem. Other companies said they could not do it or asked for 3 times the cost. I was so impressed that I decided to use EE NW to replace all my windows. Their workmanship is excellent and they asked me what I wanted during the process etc. I highly recommend.

They were easy to work with and no high-pressure sales.
