Project went smoothly and on schedule. Two problems were resolved quickly.

Overall terrible experience. Seemed good on the front end, but the billing and payment process was a nightmare. Never received final until 5 months(!) after the final inspection took place. When I tried to follow up on the status of the bill a week or so after the inspection I received no reply and was ignored. When the final was eventually sent (by this time 2 weeks before Christmas) it was for way more than the estimate and more than what the insurance would cover. Was offered a discount when I fist complained, but it was suddenly cut in almost half when they demanded payment. Would never recommend this company.
