I absolutely love my windows; they did an excellent job. It was very professional, and I am very pleased.
I will not recommend Long Home Products to a friend. I'm dissatisfied with the project being too expensive.

We were very hopeful leading up to the day of window replacements but unfortunately we're very disappointed in general! The lack of communication, the wrong contract order and the finished product is not at all what we were hoping for... VERY DISHEARTENING!!

Initial date for instillation changed for the company’s convenience.
On the day of instillation improper exterior material was brought so project could not be completed.
Both the change of instillation date and not having what was needed to complete project were inconveniences to me, subsequently it is unlikely that I would recommend the company to anyone.
I will not use Long to replace the remaining windows in my home.
I would give 0 if I could. I would recommend no one work with this company. Unprofessional, late, and rude. If I could have backed out at any point after making the unfortunate decision to work with them I would have.
