Very large job that involved kitchen, family, and laundry room/garage entry renovation. Results are wonderful - exactly what we'd hoped for. Design was sound from the beginning, and the project foreman stayed on top of all of the various subcontractors and others. Project often arduous, but employees consistently professional and courteous. Really a pleasure working with Crown on this job.
Great job Crown - we really appreciate your professionalism and timeliness.
While the staff was overall pleasant to deal with, our small job did not receive the attention or the quality that I would have expected. The contractor did not show up and then came unannounced to do the (roof) work while no one was home. I had to climb on the roof myself to inspect that the job was done. While work was done, it was not done very well and we had just as much leaking as before, the day after I signed off on it.
The workers were amazing. Tom, my manager, was amazing. There was no swearing and they were very professional, kind, and sweet. Tom even helped me with other things he saw. He has good time management and went above and beyond. They all were very professional guys. They didn't take breaks, worked diligently, were clean, and very respectful. Travis, the plumber/electrician, was very good and did a great job. Anytime I had questions they discussed things with me. Cody did great as well. It was amazing working with them. They are the best workers I've ever seen. We had great conversations. They were so respectful and caring. I was so impressed. It was just amazing. I've seen a lot of construction and they are just fantastic people.
excellent, especially in their versatility in taking on all sorts of jobs and their attention to detail. Adam as front person and Ryan on the ground were attentive to detail and resourceful.
I was very satisfied! They did a great job and were in and out just like I hoped that they would be.
I liked the capability of the workmen. They seemed very competent and they all knew what they were doing.
This review of Crown Construction is based on repair work that was conducted by a handyman. The handyman completed the job well and in a prompt manner.
My recent experience with Crown Construction was excellent. They have done various projects for me over the years, and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. Great company do deal with for a wide variety of projects.
I only hesitate to recommend Crown Construction because it is one of the more expensive games in town. From my point of view, reliability is more important than affordability, but I'm not sure everyone shares that view.
We have used Crown Construction Inc for many years and they always do a great job!
Crown Construction has done both new construction and repair work for us. I would highly recommend them. We intend to use them for future work.Kathy Miller
Its work may cost more than that of other contractors but I have been more than satisfied with the quality of Crown's work after three small jobs and one significant addition to the house.
Crown Construction Inc. was very professional and they were done on time and ahead of schedule. I was very satisfied.
Only because Mike May works there.
I am very happy with their work, that is why I chose them and will again in the future.
Great job on project, done quickly and efficiently.I would call again on any futher jobs.Ed and Sue Porter.
I have seen other friends work done by Crown Construction, that is why I called them. I received the same quality! I love it!
I am totally one hundred percent satisfied. My wife is ecstatic! I would bring my best friend over to show them what Crown Construction did for me. Everyone was totally professional. The work was done professionally. I would recommend Crown Construction to everyone! The workers were great. The house was so far out of square I am amazed at how good they lined up the trim. The work is explanation enough!
Crown listened to our needs and did a fabulous job!
I expected a great product with a great crew and received both.
You guys are a little sexiest because Steven B. Broyles has little or nothing to do with this. This survey was written by Sue Sherman-Broyles, I arranged all of the meetings with Mike, I communicated with Rob. I came up with the inspiration to update this room and I signed the checks. All done in consultation with Steve.
Ben and his assistant were good guys. They work was done on a day that was Questionable( weather was not great). The project went well. The work was done with haste and a level of efficiency. The finished product looked neat at a distance. When observed closely, one section of the fascia was put on with three pieces rather than two. I will give Ben the benefit of doubt based on the weather conditions. Other than what I mentioned, I am pleased with the level interaction with workers and the completed work.
Their carpenters should be considered wizards as they are incredibly talented.
overall I was very satisified with Gary from start to finish. Gary was considerate with our budget. Things that were too expensive, he would make more affordable by breaking it up. Giving us ideas for later. He met the needs of our whole family our price range! He went above and beyond.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Crown Construction Inc. as part of our survey process.
