The experience was pleasant. The salesperson gave us several options and listed to us as he worked on and tweaked the closet designs.

This was our third project with Closet America. Our designer, Heather, listens to our design concerns, provides great ideas and is wonderful to work with on a project. The scheduling is easy, and, in this case, we needed to reschedule and that was also easy. The installation was professional and clean, and our installer arrived on time, was friendly and knew his stuff. We will use Closet America again!

It's a nice product, but if you're handy, you can DIY something of solid value for less than theirs.

Paige was great, and I loved working with her. The installer did a great job. However, the draws are extremely small. I am not able to put as much in drawers as I thought I would be able to.

We had no trouble scheduling an appointment and were pleasantly surprised not just by the professionalism of Katherine, but also how thoughtfully she explained the differences between Closet America and their competitors. We expected to pay quite a lot for such high-quality, custom closet redesign and were blown away by how reasonable the cost was to redo two closets in our apartment.

Jen, who was our designer, made sure our master bedroom closets were functional for our lifestyle. The process went smoothly, and the workmanship from the installers went beyond our expectations. Closet America was willing to work with me to obtain the affordable projects for installing of the wall unit & closet. The friendly installers worked efficiently to finish the projects as estimated. I really enjoy the new units, very pretty. I am thinking of having my other closets upgraded next year!

The sales rep spent time listening to what my wants and needs were. She really listened and then showed me all the options and gave me the benefits and costs of each. The contract was explained in detail and walked me through the process. The installers were professional and efficient. Everything was done to the specs and installed with no issues. I am now enjoying all their good work.
