The designer was great, I had to call for different discounts as other companies offer so many discounts. When it is your turn for your installation, the builders are quick and get it done the same day.
We have used CA twice. In each instance they successfully designed closet modifications which met our needs in a very attractive way. The installers did a great job and the workmanship was excellent

The install was very sloppy. Gaps were left between wall and cabinets. Support screw and holes were not filled. I had to fill them myself and install base mounding and caulking around bookcase to make it look decent (4+ hrs of work). Holes were not neatly filled when garage rack was installed. Putty was sloppy and not sanded; certainly wasn't discovered this way prior to install. That job will take another 3 hours to fix and paint. I am not satisfied at all, and I told all of my references to look elsewhere.

I will recommend Closet America to anyone. The system truly is sturdy and beautiful. The Lifetime Guarantee is another great feature. I am totally satisfied with my choice. I plan to have two more closets done in the future.

Installation was quick and efficient. There was a long lag time between contract and installation and there was some confusion with the installation date. But once that confusion was pointed out, Closet America did everything they cold to make it right.
