• Isolate work area from occupied living space using plastic walls and zipper doors
• Seal the HVAC return air ducts to further isolate work area from living space
• Install negative pressure exhaust air system in work space
• Require Homeowners and occupants to wear cloth face covering as per CDC

Competent and professional. Cipriani gave special attention to prepping the area involved and maintaining a neat and safe environment. For the most part all of the subcontractors worked well in conjunction with one another. things seemed to go according to plan. It was nice to have an interior designer component which the company did not have when I utilized Cipriani in the 90's and 2000.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Our project manager, TJ Taylor was awesome. He was able to keep the project going even though faced with many delays. He was able to quickly find solutions we could agree with when problems occurred.
We always knew the schedule so we could plan in advance, which was very helpful with a longer-term project. Also, all the employees were always on time, answered any questions that came up, kept the work site amazingly neat and clean, and were very good at their respective jobs. Many thanks!
They are very reliable. We've dealt with them for 10 years. They've done all kinds of repairs and remodeling for us. They are someone that is reliable and works with the customer.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Project manager, Nick, was fabulous addressing every question and concern and he kept to a written schedule from day one. Designer, Sue, spent many hours finding what we wanted and was there when any questions arose.

This is the second time I have had them work for me. They did work back in 2003, it was excellent. That is why I went with them a second time.
