Chase Roofing & Contracting is very dependable, reliable and punctual.
Rescheduled three different times, was not notified of the last time, and only found out because I called the technician to see why they had not shown up in the allotted arrival window. This repair was difficult to schedule around work, and when asked if there would be any compensation, management refused. Even $100 off of a $2000 job would have changed my mind completely, instead I feel like my time is not valued at all and the company did not care

My contract with Chase was signed just as the country shut down due to the Covid-19 project. My project included a complete re-roof with tie-down strapping. Needless to say, this job was full of delays due to problems getting materials and having the ability to work around curfews and employee shortages. This company gave us a fair estimate and did not present any surprise billing issues along the way. I liked their policy of using their employees to do the job. No subcontractors were used. The workers at my house seemed dutiful with their job and always cleaned my yard before leaving each day. Pictures were taken and shared showing the work progress. Brooke, in the office, was a great communicator. She e-mailed often with updates and was very responsive to any questions and concerns presented. Overall, I am satisfied with my new roof. I can feel confident with their warranty as Chase is a family-owned business that has been established for about 20 years.
Chase stood out from the other contractors during the estimate process and they were great from start to finish, offering more options with value.
The scheduled appointment was an hour late because the installer had to go to the gym.

They show up on time, perform the work they said they would and left the premises clean. Pricing is fair but the services is a good as I could have wanted.
