They did a great job despite the heat. Everything was on time and well taken care of.
Well, considering it's been months without a resolution to the damage to my chimney from poor workmanship (my chimney cap was replaced incorrectly and leaked quite a bit-- as well as the area around the chimney where it meets the roof) I cannot give more than 1 star. My emails and texts now go unanswered. Water seeped into my living room and into my fireplace after the installation and damaged both areas. I sit here writing this still with this damage. I feel as though they've given up caring about the damage as they take weeks to respond to even an email, if they respond at all. They did come out and stop the leak, but it appears the resulting damage will be on me to pay to fix. I went with this company originally because they offered a teacher/1st responder discount. Sadly, it has unfolded into a situation where they just do not respond to me at all. The original leak in my chimney was finally repaired after much damage was done to my inside fireplace. I still have a bucket inside my chimney since nothing has been communicated to me about whether the area outside my chimney was repaired yet. They were going to just leave an area around my chimney damaged, but I paid for a chimney inspector to inspect it independently to determine what really needed to be fixed. That was months ago and this has still not been resolved. I'm so disappointed that I will now have to file against my own insurance to fix the damage in my chimney since no one will even respond to me. I know projects don't always go smoothly, but this has been a disappointment . This teacher gives this company a D-.

Felt most comfortable with them, their price wasn't the lowest but was certainly in line with others offering comparable quality of work. Work itself was outstanding, we had solar panels which made things a bit more complicated but Carolina Exteriors was happy to work with our solar company to get everything the way it needed to be. I've just finished setting up another job with them, and have/will recommend them to others looking for high quality, good value work.

We recently had a lot of work done on our house outside, from replacing Masonite siding to Hardie Plank siding, replacing all of our windows, installing new crawl space door, painting trim, installing new gutters, and getting a new roof.
