They were a little slow, not the installers, but the people who are handling the processing. The installers worked really hard. It's just upper management is slow to get the guys going.

The workmen showed up to the house and started to work after being greeted and confirming they were at the correct house by my Mother. I pulled about 20-25 minutes later and one of the workers was going thru my parents mailbox and their mail. When I questioned him he said he was confirming the address. Since they had already started taking gutters down and had spoken to the homeowner I was very unhappy. We are now monitoring for fraud and our own expense.

Bordner Home recently replaced our roof. Their representative, Chase, helped us through every step of the way and worked alongside our insurance company to ensure the work was aligned with both our expectations and the insurance claim.
Bordner Home was great with communication and did great work on the roof. A storm passed through the morning of the install so they had to delay start and subsequently had to finish up the roof the next morning, which was no issue as the team worked fast.
Only minor issue we had was that the crew did not do a thorough job running a magnet through the yard for stray nails. After the team wrapped up on the second day I found 9 roofing nails in my yard and driveway.
Otherwise the work on the roof was top quality and we're so happy with the new roof!
