For example, when preparing for exhaust fan installation, uncovered improper venting by original home builder for the bathroom being worked on plus the master bath, and discussed options with us about how to address.
Additional Comments - All employees were extremely courteous and considerate while working in our household of 6! The project start and finish went smoothly and met expectations set from initial conversations.

There was a very clear timeline for the remodeling of our two bathrooms. We were always aware of the chronology for when materials would be ordered and delivered, when the actual work would begin, how long the process would take, etc. The installers maintained this timeline and even finished the remodeling of the two bathrooms a few days earlier than we expected. We needed a few "tweaks" after the main installations, and Pete Mossman was prompt in responding to them and making them right. It was encouraging to see that the company stands behind its workmanship and wants to be sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the results.
