We chose bath2Bath over other contractors for several reasons. We were impressed that both the designer and the general contractor were at our house for the first meeting. The first meeting had great energy and we could tell they were enthusiastic and creative. Our designer Coury had great ideas, was able to create visuals to help us, and was very patient. The team also embraced our bar idea, which we added on after we signed the initial contract. They created functional and custom spaces that feel unique. Our contractor Pete was creative and diligent. Pete created amazing shelving with his own found materials for our wet bar, and really added value to the project. Although the pricing was higher, we trusted the team and felt the project would be successful. In the end, the project stretched from four weeks, to five weeks, to six weeks, which was frustrating and disappointing. We have to acknowledge that a pandemic added a level of complexity to the project. In the end, the completed bathroom and wet bar exceeded our expectations. We are very happy we worked with bath2Bath.
We are so pleased with our new bathroom. The Cleary company made this remodel such a simple journey. They guided the path and were always superb with communication and next steps. The materials used were high quality. The craftsmanship is superb. Quality in everything down to the studs. The entire team was wonderful to work with . I only have praise for this company! Areas Of Satisfaction - Proactive communication. Knowledgeable about not only the specific bathroom remodel project, but also more broadly about the bathroom in the context of the overall house. For example, when preparing for exhaust fan installation, uncovered improper venting by original home builder for the bathroom being worked on plus the master bath, and discussed options with us about how to address.
Additional Comments - All employees were extremely courteous and considerate while working in our household of 6! The project start and finish went smoothly and met expectations set from initial conversations.

They were very professional and their communication was excellent.
There was a very clear timeline for the remodeling of our two bathrooms. We were always aware of the chronology for when materials would be ordered and delivered, when the actual work would begin, how long the process would take, etc. The installers maintained this timeline and even finished the remodeling of the two bathrooms a few days earlier than we expected. We needed a few "tweaks" after the main installations, and Pete Mossman was prompt in responding to them and making them right. It was encouraging to see that the company stands behind its workmanship and wants to be sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the results.
