The guy that came was very pleasant and careful in our home. He worked very hard. He encountered some problems, but he went on with the work and did everything well. He did an excellent job communicating and keeping us up to date.

My bathroom layout was probably not the standard because of an arched window and a larger space than the walk-in tub required. The salesman who measured and designed the install was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I appreciated his painting a picture in my mind of how a walk-in tub will function and took extra steps to help me feel comfortable with it.
The installers were very respectful of my home and, although they encountered challenges, took extra measures and time to make sure everything was installed correctly and esthetic.
I feel that compared to others whom I could have chosen, I had selected the right team.

I was overwhelmed by the knowledge, workmanship, respect, punctuality and friendliness I have been shown through this bathroom shower makeover. I'm thrilled with how well everything turned out. I have shown and recommended Bath Planet to anyone who is will to listen and see my new shower. :)

They were real good about everything other than the communications in between the delays. They could have been a little bit better. They made everything correct for all of the delays. Even though they were a little bit late on a product that got shipped where they could have contacted me beforehand a little bit earlier, they did over compensate us to correct that problem. I give them a 5 across the board for everything.

Bath Planet bent over backwards to get my new walk-in shower installed much sooner than I'd hoped. The installer was even five minutes early and did a great job of protecting my new flooring in the hallway and in the bathroom. Both the salesman and the installer did a great job in getting me my long-awaited new shower. Thanks so much!
