An extremely seamless, professional experience.

Had 3 homes roofs done and a large garage first job excellent(4yrs ago) . Next I hsd a another home done went well. Last house is a historic home and they just had to repair an area done well. Then had garage done unfortunately I got a less than perfect team ( normal guy was sick) well this job had a problem this crew made a mistake then tried to hide and completed roof and left. Upon inspection by myself something was wrong after investigating and having their rep down it was descided to remove shingles repair mistake and make it right. And so it was done. Was I happy it happened no. Do I like wasting my time and having to prove things no. But in this day and age it’s a common occurrence. So in conclusion I had 4 jobs non atypical that they completed. Job done would I recommend yes just watch your own job and be careful normal in any business deal. So yes they are a great roofing company mistakes happen And I will say I would specifically ask for their representative Brock, he is honest,fair, and knowledgeable, and a good man. He runs all the different crews. So again yes I would recommend arocon professionals, especially compared to the fly by night con artists that claim they are roofers that are out there

Brock did an excellent consultation and provided several options to remedy our situation. He worked with us to find subcontractors for our electrical needs and got the job done quickly. He also had the team come back the next day to do a nail sweep after we requested.

They do a good job, but it is partly open, and I called them to come back. The man is everywhere, and when I called them, they didn't come, so I am not really satisfied.

Arocon was super easy to deal with from the office staff to the roofing crew. The workmanship appears to be great and they cleaned everything up so well you couldn’t even tell they were here.

Very professional experience resulting in a beautiful new roof.

I have been using Seldom for a few years for roof tune ups. I got an estimate for a new roof that was lower than I expected The workmanship, attention to detail,and professionalism is why have recommended them to other's.

I selected Arocon based on the experience of two neighbors. The general quality of the roofing seems to be quite good, and the interactions were courteous and professional with the estimator, the roofing crew and supervisors, the office staff, and the small 2-man crew that did the additional work required on the garage roof. However, disattention to detail resulted in the need for additional effort both on my part and the company's. These included:

1. Setting up the compressor in the driveway with the hot exhaust very close to some evergreen ground cover - although I spotted this problem during the installation and the crew immediately relocated the machine, the exhaust damaged the shrubbery.

2. The clean-up after the installation was not complete - there was still shingle debris which I had to clean up. No big deal, but there were also numerous roofing nails left around the house and in the yard. One of these nails punctured the tire of my riding lawnmower. I had to remove the tire and take it to a speciality shop on Liberty Road to get an inner tube put in. The company reimbursed me for the tire expense - not significant, but the time and effort invested in having to remove the tire, take it to get repaired and then remount would have been saved if more care was taken in the clean up.

3. While the general quality of the workmanship seems good, the juncture where the shingling connected to the aluminum siding along both front and back slopes of the garage was unsightly and the siding actually bent and out of kilter in several places. I didn't really notice it until right before Christmas because I was traveling most of November and December, but did see it when I was putting up Christmas decorations. I corresponded with the Arocon office about the problem and a 2-person crew was sent out to rectify the problem. Like with the clean-up and the compressor placement, a bit more care and awareness would have saved both the client and the company time and effort.

Very happy with the work and the roof.

The estimator, Jason, did a great job. The work crew got the job done in less than a day which was faster than I expected. Also they were very considerate. The shingles were delivered while I was walking the dog and they called me to make sure it was ok to block the garage. I anticipated that and was fine with it but I really appreciated the checkup.

Arocon was great to work with for my new roof! They provided quick responses to any questions, and I appreciated their upfront and honest estimates. Compared to other companies, they provided a complete estimate of what they think the job would cost, vs others companies who gave a "cookie cutter" estimate, that didn't include realistic quantities of matieral.

Every single one of these there were issues with from me almost canceling the entire job the first day. Every single one of my concerns were ignored and if I didn't babysit the entire time, the whole project would have gone wrong from wrong underlayment showing up to lack of concern for stated issues like my white fence, my stone dog, not taking photos of roof leak area, gutter guards bent and still being ignored, lied to about shingle cost, rake stolen, and being belittled on the phone when bringing up issues. I actually cannot believe you are still in business as your only concern is doing the job as fast as possible to make as much money as you can and move on to the next job. Money is your only concern, not the customer. I still don't know if my roof is leaking and I was just told patch up the drywall and sell it - its under warranty. As if people mean nothing. Very disappointed and the only consolation I have is that I have been to church and found out that what goes around comes around. Karma. Vengeance is mine saith the Lord; I will repay. So hopefully the good Lord sees how I have been treated by Arocon and maybe it won't be in business much longer.

This is the second home I have used Arocon and that tells everyone that I trust them.

My salesman worked directly with my insurance company to deal with the wind damage my old roof sustained. The crew was all work and absolutely no play.

I was less impressed with the responsiveness of the office staff and particularly disappointed with how much I had to follow up to get my warranty (4 months after job completion).
