Advanced Plastering did a fantastic job on our hardie board project. They were very receptive via email, and available for questions on-site as well. They were also very understanding about some areas where we didn't like the original results, fixing issues quickly and to our satisfaction. The project took longer than expected, partially due to weather and some overconfidence maybe. But overall, we were always able to get a hold of the office and owners to get updated timeline estimates.

They did what they promised; they did it in a timely manner; and they did it in a high quality way. The finished product looks great.

Barry Campbell and his workers were always on time (worked on weekends if necessary), cleaned up our work site daily, took care of problems the first time without any need for a follow-up. I was always able to reach Barry on the phone or via a text message. Before starting our stucco remediation project and signing any contract, Barry explained in great detail what work needed to be done and the reason for the need to insure that the WRB barriers (water resistive barriers) were properly applied as well as all flashing around windows, doors, roof, chimney and foundation. Barry explained that every window and door had to be removed to do the job properly. Advanced Plastering finished our project in a timely manner. The entire process was as stress free as humanly possible. His company is extremely reputable, honest and reliable. Advanced Plastering work is done with great integrity.

We decided to remove all of the the synthetic stucco as well as all of the stone which had not tested too wet - glad we did! A lot of damage around the openings in both stone and stucco. Advanced Plastering gave us a detailed estimate and identified what was included and what was extra. Once the job started they were highly professional and came to work every day weather permitting. They exhibited safe work practices at all times and all workers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up every day. Every step in the job was coordinated. He and his crews did a fantastic job on our stucco remediation and even couple of years after he had completed the job when a small thing needed to be fixed before we sold our house, his company came and fixed the problem at no charge. Exceptional quality and attention to detail! No homeowner wants to be faced with a remediation project, but once you are in this situation it is critical that the remediation vendor be completely open, honest, and trustworthy. We found AP worked very hard to communicate frequently and openly about the work they were doing, and invited us to review their work at any time. Our independent inspector was very complimentary of the design of AP's exterior system, and in the work they performed. In areas that warranted any level of discussion, AP was very open to incorporate the homeowner's (or our inspector's) requests/suggestions into their work.
