They have good ratings by other customers and a good BBB record. The work was done on schedule and there were no delays. I am very pleased with the results. It covered the liability insurance, the timeframe for the job and things to do to prepare the home before work starts. It also included things that Advanced Home Exteriors would do. They told us to take down wall decorations so that they would not fall during the hammering. Advanced Home Exteriors is an outstanding company. I have already recommended them to family and friends. They got the job done because of the people they have hired and the products they use.

There was good communication with Kelly from start to finish. The crew was knowledgeable, and professional. They followed the Hardie siding recommended installation procedures. They painted the cut edges, and installed the flashing between the butted boards. They had the proper scaffolding and equipment to replace the siding on my roof dormers. They cleaned up after he job was completed. The crew also painted the house which went well. I supplied the paint but they would have. Exposed areas were protected before painting. A sprayer or brush was used depending on the area to be painted.

The estimator paid close attention to details. He even recognized an obscure spot of unmatched material on an adjacent surface that I had forgotten about.
