Overall love our home and appreciated being able to customize to our budget and needs
Better than average but room for improvement.
Waterford Homes offers great value for the home and has a tremendous quality build.
Fantastic home buying experience, excellent Customer Service and very responsive to our questions and concerns! This has been a very easy and pleasing home buying experience
I purchased a Waterford "Spec Home". It was was built very well and Waterford staff has been very accommodating throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home.
I would like to recognize Don, who conducted my home inspection and completed the punch out items in an outstanding and truly professional manner. And Beverly at the home office for her guidance and assistance in addressing any issues or concerns I had regarding the home. They are both top notch professionals.
I appreciated the professionalism and the collaborative nature of working with Waterford. I also was very impressed with our builder's attention to detail.
The entire team is first class all around. Drew Clough is a real professional, and Dave Groff is absolutely fantastic in every way.
An absolute dynamite team!
Rich was/is extremely helpful!
Beverly in customer service is so sweet and professional. Our builder was great too- Dave.
I thought Byron Williamson, the Keller Williams agent representing the seller (Waterford Homes) was terrific!
Rich Wilmath was a pleasure to work with. I can't speak highly enough about him.
Our construction supervisor Don has been excellent. When he's in the area he always checks to see if anything needs to be done. Several times he fixed small issues by himself rather than trying to get one of "his guys" to stop by. Even we he has to call in some help, they arrive quickly and the issues are fixed. You couldn't ask for a better person to be the face of Waterford for your customers.
Overall communication was much better than what I expected, Rich was also great to work with on a Daily basis. I appreciated all of the through explanations for pricing and whenever an issue came up.
They built a wonderful home.
The best compliment we could possibly provide is that we would be happy to recommend Waterford to anyone! My wife and I have commented to each other several times how impressed we have been since the day we first checked out the sub-division and the house. How do we cast a vote for Waterford Homes as "Builder of the Year"?
We really love our home and we are very happy.
They are really good people. They are very punctual when it came to the walk through and the punchlist. I have built several homes and they are by far the best that I have worked with.
They made the process so simple. Anything that I have needed them to do they immediately come and fix.
I can't say enough good things. I am extremely happy with everything. The building process was easy. We just did out 45 day walk through and everything went great. Kyle has been wonderful to work with. I am so happy that they have such good customer service. Very good Job.
I am in the mortgage business and I have been in the mortgage business for over 10 years and the closing experience was one of the best ones that I have ever had. They actually sent out a representative from the company to the closing. This is very rare for a building company and really impressed me. We have built 4 new homes and this process far as new homes goes has been one of the best so far. Overall it was a good experience. They stand by their word, which is the problem that I have had in the past. Even until the very end they were trying to take care of us and make us happy. Good customer service.
Frank Farmer and Holly were great!
James Cooper did an excellent job, his predecessor was awful!
Dealing with Rich and Steve was an exceptional experience because they are on top of things. The floor people is not a reflection of the homebuilder, the floor keeps getting worse. Waterford is a great company to work with.
Lynn, the super, is now gone. Wayne, the new super, was excellent with our new punchlist. Holly Hendrix was impressive as well.
Triple zero. They have a terrible line of communications, they pass the buck, there are still red stickers throughout the house and they are still there.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Waterford Homes as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
