We had window frames that needed replacing as well as shutters that were falling apart. Turner did the work quickly. They kept us informed as to the schedule and did all the work on the shutter selection process.

Richard's crew were very conscientious in all aspects and our roof very fairly priced (we had gotten several estimates). The work was completed well and in a very timely manner. We were so impressed by how thoroughly they checked our yard for any debris and nails that resulted from the work--I have not seen any other roofers take such extensive precautions before. Five stars!!!

This was the biggest remodeling I've hired someone to perform on my house, other than a kitchen remodel. The house is 20 years old. They were a big recommendation from another gentleman who is in the building industry. I felt this was a dependable recommendation. I understood and did multiple walkthroughs of what needed to be done. Everybody was busy, and it would be a couple of months. That was okay, I understood and accepted that. Some subs were very good. However, some other projects were not finished. When I contacted the project manager numerous times and sent pictures of what was done incorrectly, I didn't even get a response in any form from those contacts. I reached out to Mr. Turner, as he was the person who came himself, and he never responded to me as well. For me, this was a lot of money and that they did not finish the job. Unfortunately, I paid for it before it was completely finished. They were waiting for a few items to come back in stock. They insisted on being paid. I'm very unhappy. I have to try and find somebody to finish what they didn't finish.

RJ Turner Remodeling did a good job and they were very responsive.
