Co-Owner and President of SunFarm Energy
I met with several solar companies and I chose this one for quality. They have been a local company for many years and that provided a lot of security.
They were incredibly thorough.
We did have to push the project back due to COVID but that was not their fault.
If I could give him a six-star rating I would.
Mike Price was excellent.
The efficiency of the workers was great and they showed up when they said they would. Mike Price has been incredibly responsive when I have had any questions.
Overall it was a great experience. I was not sure what to expect but all of the workers respected my property and were great. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly to me. I was also extremely satisfied with the final results.
Mike Price was very helpful in matching competition prices and agreeing to match equipment.
Our salesman Mike and one of the installers Murphy Allen.
Plus Tesla Powerwall
Answered all of our questions/concerns.
2-3 months after install SunFarm replaced several sub-performing panels.
Not SunFarm related but the only weak link was Gulf Power.
When they didn’t have an answer, they always got back to me.
JJ & really the entire team at SunFarm
This is digging but SunFarm being new to Tesla, just make sure to establish expectation mgmt on Powerwall install will require exterior conduit piping for power interrupts for batteries. The clean look on Tesla’s website is only a reality if you’re building a new home or willing to rip out drywall. Retrofits require exterior conduits & even with a clean look, power interrupt has to be installed somewhere on the exterior wall. Lastly, explain retrofit option is a less invasive option should maintenance/ replacement be required. In the end, SunFarm did a great job ensuring the conduits/interrupts were installed symmetrically next to each battery & it still gave an impressive clean look.
The entire install was great.
Do your homework before considering solar & compare installers closely. My opinion, solar w/o battery storage is a waste in Florida. SunFarm is the only Tesla Powerwall sales in the area & they’re excellent at what they do.
I would like to recognize Mike, my sales guy. He was wonderful.
We shopped around for a year and we definitely chose you for a reason.
I was most satisfied with the timeliness and responsiveness. The company was run properly and that is why we decided to go with you.
JJ did a out standing job
Trouble with start up due to gulf power
JJ waters from start to finished
Landscape after complete
Installation when done was exceptional.Have all the right parts on site when start the job and don't cause delays that extend beyond dates promised due to having to go get parts and not having crew ready. Promised crew of 5 only 2 showed up.
Enjoyable when got it together. Very professional when executed.
They forgot some parts when they first came out to do the install. Also, they said some parts were on backorder and I came to find out they were never produced.
The install was clean and they even took the time to run the wires to where you can not see them which made it look even better.
I thought the salesperson was very upfront. I liked that she worked with us and answered all of our questions.
They had to drill a couple of new holes. One of my panels was not working, so I had to call them back; they responded quickly when I called.
JJ was on it!
JJ Waters was great!
JJ Waters did an outstanding job! JJ worked with us for several months; she answered all of our questions and was not pushy while we were uncertain if we were going to do it or not.
SunFarm Energy did not fall short.
The installation exceeded my expectations. I thought everything worked great!
They really did a good job, very professional and continuing to follow up on any issues we have.
I got upgraded because the panels I order we not available at the time. They did the upgraded without asking just to get the job done on time. I feel that was going up and above, shows great customer service.
Brian, salesman. The guys that did the installed they were really good.
The communications with the company are great. They have been very forthright and honest.
Really a great company. I upgraded the second-tier system, the weather is a factor but you still have to be energy efficient. I have already seen a difference in my power bill. It was a great investment so far.
I would like to recognize Bryan O'Sullivan.
They exceeded in the areas of communication, information, and timeliness.
I contacted a person who works in the solar energy field and he told me that since most solar panels are relatively comparable, the most important decision was who would install the panels. SunFarm did a fine job of designing and installing 29 panels on 2 different roofs. They did the paperwork for our submission to the HOA, the power company, and the county. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them for your installation.
White glove service throughout!
Excellent company that does not employ subcontractors to install. All installers are licensed and trained full-time employees of SunFarm. Everyone was responsive to any question that I might have and we’re extremely helpful, and we could not be more pleased with the workmanship and our new panels. Our last power bill showed that we had a credit of $59.34, because of the panels .
Mike Price worked with us every step along the way and stayed in touch with us very well. We could not be more pleased.
We have problems with the squirrels in our area chewing on anything such as electrical cords. Sun farms was willing to install a squirrel guard around our panels. That was a big relief for us
Kept in touch on installation scheduling and county and Gulf power certifications.
Mike Price was especially helpful throughout the entire process of buying our Powerwall 2. He was professional and knowledgeable about their products. When he did not know an answer, he would seek out the assistance of others and effectively communicate those answers to me.
I appreciated SunFarm Energy timeliness. They delivered on their promises.
Mike Price has always responded to any text I have sent him
Took awhile for Hephaestus to get started so we could monitor our panels.
Compared to other companies we talked to SunFarm saved us from making a big mistake financially and product wise.
The crews were very efficient and respectful while they were here
They have honest and fair pricing, and they give great information. They have a great price per kilowatt selection.
I am still waiting on the end phase app instructions. The process is a little slow and inefficient. I keep talking to Mr. Price, the guy who sold the system to me, and he keeps saying he's going to get his people to work on it. I've been going back and forth and I still haven't gotten the link.
I forgot the electrician's name, but I would like to recognize him. The electrician was very helpful. He explained the entire process and even installed a Tesla charger for me. Mike Price is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me all the facts I wanted.
Their follow through with the end phase app fell short of my expectations.
I was most satisfied with the installation and the professionalism of the workers. They made sure they put out a quality product.
Brian did a good job communicating when he had information to give us.
The communication working with the electric company to get the installation completed.
It's a good quality product and the install looks very nice.
The Installation was excellent

JJ Waters was very knowledgeable about the products and was east to work with.
They were very efficient and on time.
I would like to recognize JJ Waters for his exceptional service.
SunFarm Energy met or exceeded my expectations in regards to the workmanship and the time frame was very efficient.
I would recommend them to anybody. I have recommended them to a few people and they are in the process of pursuing it so they should get some business from me.
They took care of everything in a timely manner. It was completed without any problems.
I did not have any problems.
I would like to recognize J.J. for exceptional service.
They did everything in a timely manner. I was very happy with the results.
I liked their proposal; it had a lot of information.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of SunFarm Energy as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
