Installed solar system is too small for my energy consumption, my power bill remains. Sunfarm has also been unwilling to return to my residence and install the consumption meter so I can have a full view of my production/consumption.

Areas For Improvement - This is digging but SunFarm being new to Tesla, just make sure to establish expectation mgmt on Powerwall install will require exterior conduit piping for power interrupts for batteries. The clean look on Tesla’s website is only a reality if you’re building a new home or willing to rip out drywall. Retrofits require exterior conduits & even with a clean look, power interrupt has to be installed somewhere on the exterior wall. Lastly, explain retrofit option is a less invasive option should maintenance/ replacement be required. In the end, SunFarm did a great job ensuring the conduits/interrupts were installed symmetrically next to each battery & it still gave an impressive clean look.

Additional Comments - Do your homework before considering solar & compare installers closely. My opinion, solar w/o battery storage is a waste in Florida. SunFarm is the only Tesla Powerwall sales in the area & they’re excellent at what they do.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Installation when done was exceptional.Have all the right parts on site when start the job and don't cause delays that extend beyond dates promised due to having to go get parts and not having crew ready. Promised crew of 5 only 2 showed up.
Additional Comments - Enjoyable when got it together. Very professional when executed.
Areas For Improvement - They forgot some parts when they first came out to do the install. Also, they said some parts were on backorder and I came to find out they were never produced.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The install was clean and they even took the time to run the wires to where you can not see them which made it look even better.
I thought the salesperson was very upfront. I liked that she worked with us and answered all of our questions.
Quality Of Workmanship - They had to drill a couple of new holes. One of my panels was not working, so I had to call them back; they responded quickly when I called.

Additional Comments - Really a great company. I upgraded the second-tier system, the weather is a factor but you still have to be energy efficient. I have already seen a difference in my power bill. It was a great investment so far.

I contacted a person who works in the solar energy field and he told me that since most solar panels are relatively comparable, the most important decision was who would install the panels. SunFarm did a fine job of designing and installing 29 panels on 2 different roofs. They did the paperwork for our submission to the HOA, the power company, and the county. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them for your installation.
Clean - White glove service throughout!
Excellent company that does not employ subcontractors to install. All installers are licensed and trained full-time employees of SunFarm. Everyone was responsive to any question that I might have and we’re extremely helpful, and we could not be more pleased with the workmanship and our new panels. Our last power bill showed that we had a credit of $59.34, because of the panels .

They have honest and fair pricing, and they give great information. They have a great price per kilowatt selection.
Problem Resolution - I am still waiting on the end phase app instructions. The process is a little slow and inefficient. I keep talking to Mr. Price, the guy who sold the system to me, and he keeps saying he's going to get his people to work on it. I've been going back and forth and I still haven't gotten the link.
Recognized Excellence - I forgot the electrician's name, but I would like to recognize him. The electrician was very helpful. He explained the entire process and even installed a Tesla charger for me. Mike Price is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me all the facts I wanted.
