I am very happy with the job that they did.
They were extremely attentive to detail, very informative and didn't leave until we were 100% satisfied.
I thought it was a benefit for Roofing by HOMEPLUS to have in-house roof tear-off people in advance of putting on the new roof as there are advantages of the cleanup portion of the project regarding the tear-off process so I felt Roofing by HOMEPLUS handled it properly.
They were very expeditious as far as coming out and taking care of the problem right away.

There were some little things that they did that I didn't care for. As far as cleanup at the end, I found a lot of nails around that were pulled from the old roof. They pulled them off like crazy, and nails were flinging everywhere. They ran a magnet strip through the yard, but that was not enough. I got 4 flats on my riding mower; each tire got a nail in it.
They were a pleasure to work with. A top quality job at a fair price. My primary contact was Gary Johnson who was great to work with.

Roofing by Homeplus was great to work with. The process was quick and easy and Gary was very professional, communicated well and followed up. The crew used to tear off our roof worked hard and did an excellent job cleaning up. From start to finish the whole process from contract to completion was about 2 weeks. Price was right and our metal roof is great. Gary also coordinated the install of our gutters, fascia, downspouts and Soffits with the other contractor.
They did a fabulous job on the roof and they have done work at my commercial complexes and always 100% on time and are very clean and professional
