The price they charged me for extra things was more than what they said.
I think if the company needs a permit, the company should let the customer know if they need to pay for it or not up front when they meet.
Follow up by Rogers was outstanding. Any questions or concerns i had were immediately addressed to my satisfaction.

We are very happy with their service. The quality is outstanding and I would recommend them hands down. Our neighbor was happy with our service and ended up getting his roof done.
Good response for estimate but because they are busy it took 8 weeks to get out to do the work. In fairness their contract did say the work would be done in 4 to 8 weeks.
They were professional and had great workmanship. The only issue was the color they used.

Terrible experience. Had aluminum garage trim replaced and installer used the wrong color. Also had some siding installed and it has a bow in it. Installer never told me of any problems other than he couldn’t re-install my garage door draft guards because the “new nails might go in the old nail holes." He suggested that I could do without or I could go to a home improvement store, buy new ones and install them myself. He claimed it was very easy. When the prod. mgr and sales rep came out to investigate the prod. mgr admitted that the trim was wrong and he offered to replace it. He said “it was an easy mistake to make. The installer guessed wrong.” I offered to leave as is if they would install matching draft guards so I wouldn't have to try and do it myself. The prod. mgr. then called the installer to find out why the siding was bowed. He was told that the installer tried to fix it but couldn’t and also that I was outside at various times and that I never said anything about the problem. I didn't realize that I was responsible for overseeing the work. The sales rep said that the siding installation “was acceptable" so I’m stuck with it. I guess I have been spoiled by companies that would point out problems and give you options as to what can be done. So, if you don’t care what color trim they install, don’t mind bowed siding and are willing to do some of the work yourself while paying the same or higher price than elsewhere this is the company for you. A good slogan for them would be “We do acceptable work.” I’ll be needing a new roof in the next few years and it won't be installed by them.
John was great to work with and the guys that came out were great also. They were very friendly and picked up their mess.
Actually, I have already reviewed Rogers Roofing to a neighbor who recently had work done as well.
I was satisfied in every area and I would recommend them to anyone.

The salesman was very nice and polite but anyone else I had to deal with was unprofessional. The contractors, even though they did good work, were very unprofessional and would curse at me in Spanish almost constantly. The contractors also tried to steal the copper flashing that they took off the existing chimneys and when I called them out on it they lied and said they threw it out already. When they finally decided to give it back they threw it on the ground next to me even though I had my hands out. I told them to get off my property. UPDATE: Its been over one year since the roof was replaced. The roof still looks great but when I cleaned out my gutters there were probably 200 nails still in there. I can't even imagine how many went down the drain. They say that they will remove all debris from the gutters but I guess that only means the large items. I would suggest cleaning your gutters shortly after getting the roof replaced.
Rogers Roofing's presentation was thorough and provided all of the information we need to make a decision. This was very much appreciated because they were very upfront with the project details.
I was satisfied with Rogers Roofing's price, quality of materials, workmanship, and professionalism of their workers. The installation crew was on time, continued to work throughout the day, and worked as quickly as possible to get the job done.
Wonderful company to do business with. The salesperson who came out to the house was very accommodating as to what my wishes were in regard to what I wanted to have done to my roof. Not pushy at all. The roofers themselves were accomplished in their workman ship and were so polite. After the roof was completed they picked up all the mess in the yard, so that you would never know they were here. Considering the weather this winter, they came out as soon as the weather permitted.
The project was really easy. The outcome is wonderful and everyone was so polite. Also, they picked up well. Overall, everything was easy.
Rogers Roofing were careful about their assessment of our problem, organized and responsible about their appointments, work and follow up.
I handled everything by phone since I don’t live in the area but found their staff to be very helpful and efficient.
I was happy with the work they did. The men that came out were good.The people I had to deal with, Scott, the contact person, they never returned phone calls. The job was kind of messed up from the start because they lost my order. They never called to let me know, so I called them to see what they were going to do. From the management part of the job it was a mess. The management's scheduling was not good.
