Rogers Roofing is a class act business. I was impressed by everyone I met - from Jordan to Danielle to the owner John, who made a special trip to delivery my permit - they were all professional and courteous. I needed a partial roof replacement on the main house, a new roof with skylights on a 3-season room, and 2 roof vents installed for my bathroom exhaust fans. Jordan quoted me a reasonable price and was punctual for the appointment. Danielle was great with keeping me informed of my installation date. The work crew was fabulous - they arrived on time, showed excellent quality workmanship, and they cleaned up like they were never there. I had no issues at all during the job or afterwards. The only suggestion I have is for the project manager to confirm/walk thru the work to be performed with the customer upon arrival. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing projects.

Everyone from the sales person to the workers on the roof were extremely nice and respectful of the property. The sales person was not pushy at all and offered competitive rates. The whole process was explained in detail and the job was done way sooner than expected. The roof looks fabulous and I have not had any discrepancies. I’ve also had many compliments from neighbor’s. Ed was my salesman and was great with educating me to why or why not do things. Only issue I had was I had to call office every few weeks to find out when the job would start, Ed never got back to me on what was the cost of a door that was replaced until the bill came (thank God it didn't cost lot). Then I called Ed as I had questions on why 4 out 5 corners looked different and waited 3 weeks for no follow up so then called the office and within 2 days the foreman was out. Tony explained why which was great. Would of given 5 ☆ but because I feel the communication was off that is why 4☆.
