I have used Mckinnis Roofing on large, all encompassing repair projects as well as on small single focused repair jobs and have been pleased with their attention to detail and the quality of workmanship in all areas.

Our home suffered major damage from the April 26, 2024 tornado. Mckinnis not only handled the roof, skylight, and gutter replacement, but also assisted in contracting replacement doors, windows, and patio doors. In one instance, I was not satisfied with the crew's finish work on my replacement window and patio door. Mckinnis arranged for inspection of the work which led to a quality 're-do' of the window installation and eventual replacement of a faulty patio door (manufacturer fault).

I am also grateful for the role Mckinnis reps played in the necessary 'back and forth' with my insurance company on damages and necessary repairs they should be covering.

From the beginning, I was partnered with an extremely unexperienced associate who delayed things quite significantly, and I think my claim was mishandled; it could have been handled more appropriately. My associate could have done a better job with dealing with my insurance company. I felt I got a lower service and lower claim amount than I would have if I had had someone with more experience.
