They Did a great job overall. Only one of their subs did a lousy job(Demo group #2). It took a long time to get the job done but that was not their fault. Permitting became a drag out issue when we found structural problems and had to re-permit.

Construction projects, we have found, rarely happen in the planned timeframe. This one was no different. There were many delays that dragged our project out. There were several contributing factors, but we were mostly well pleased with the communication from the King Contracting team in explaining delays and making the best efforts to expedite where possible. The quality of their in-house work was top notch. Their choice of subs was also very satisfactory. The professionalism of their staff was unimpeachable, and they were eager to leave us with a top notch impression of the team. This is a good company, comprised of good people. It was a big project for us, and we are grateful we chose King Contracting to do it.

We highly recommend King Contracting for re-building our outdoor deck. The quality of work was outstanding!

Regarding the punch list, we are still waiting for the screens for the windows. The pavers for the walkway that were broken from trucks driving over them still have not been fixed along with a couple of other minors things that still have not been completed, but should be. We are mostly happy with the work. It looks beautiful and we would hire them again in the future.
