We want to build value for you. While most of our customers are thoughtful of return on investment, we urge you to think also about the value of your peace of mind - a no-regrets experience - as well as the future use and enjoyment of a well-accommodating, beautifully-designed and crafted home environment.
Finding a "fit" with a design and contracting team is the most important decision you will make toward the success of your project. It is, at first blush, not an easy decision. Your objective may not be to have your home featured in Southern Living or the recipient of a national award. You may not care that we are deeply committed leaders in our industry, or carriers of certifications in our craft. It is comforting to know, however, that your team has the ability to achieve at those levels for you.

Communication - The actual project manager was excellent.

Schedule - The design phase and start-up date were not met. The final date was very close, so that was fine. The start-up date was way off.

Work Done Right - They corrected everything. Nothing is going to be perfect at first. Anything that had issues, they corrected. They did problem solve.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Kevin and Raffa for their exceptional service. They were the two main craftsman. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to be with. They were on the job for 75% or more of the job. Kent was on the job for a few weeks, but he was wonderful while he was there. The project manager, Charles, was professional and made me feel like he was there to accommodate whatever needs I had and communicated as well as he could, considering the parameters and things that popped up unexpectedly. I was overall very pleased withe veryone i had interactions with. Maso,n the designer, was so much fun to work with. His designs were exceptional. You can tell that my kitchen was designed by someone who knew what they were doing. He was creative while still creating a functional space. The interior designer, Rebecca, was wonderful to work with. Her scope was very limited in the project, but she was very hepful in her role.

Areas For Improvement - The start up proess was not what we expected. It was too drawn out. There were weeks we did not hear from them after the initial design meeting. The project started 4 months after the project date. The communication about expenses could have been improved. There were areas to be improved with financial communication. The allowances were not enough to support the choices at the price point necessary for the kitchen. The initial estimate of vendors' cost could have been closer to the actual expenses if more cconversations had happened taht were unique to my home.

Areas Of Satisfaction - My kitchen is actually beautiful. The end product exceeds my expectations. The design is absolutely perfect for the functional needs of our home. The laundry room is absolutely stunning and functional. Working with Mason was so pleasant. It was fun. He has a great personality. That was fun. Having Kevin and Raffa in my home was great. They were knowledgeable and skillful. They were the whole package. I could have them in my home all the time.

Additional Comments - Charles, the project manager, was absolutely kept all of my nerves and all of my anxiety at bay with his calm demeanor. He was able to tackle anything that came unexpectly he handled it with professionalism and calmness. That is priceless.

My experience was mixed. They came to assess the job right away, then there was no communication until I called to see what was going on. Then, more delays until the job actually got done. They went through some personnel changes during that time and the person handling my job no longer works there.

After a grill-related porch fire, we engaged HomeMasons for the repair. We don't even go to others for bids for repairs - either planned or unplanned - because we know the quality of HomeMasons' work. We also know that they will stick to agreed schedule. That means alot.
