The reviews help us know how the customer feels about our product and service.
Guild Quality is fine for industry related businesses but our customers have not heard of it nor do they use it for finding anyone in the business
There's a lot of value for a company like us and using GuildQuality to survey our clients, because they are theatrically an unbiased conductor of the survey, as opposed to us doing it ourselves. Therefore, I feel the results are more accurate. I feel our clients are a more honest because they know they are not talking directly to me or one of my employees. I think there's a lot more value in it because of that. I am very happy with GuildQuality.

I feel like there's nothing wrong with the program. I just don't think it does anything. The followup from the company could be better. We haven't filled out a survey form in months, and no one's called to see how we're doing on that. I don't know if they put a lot of time into their customers.

Guild quality is a great tool for showing your potential customers how happy former customers are with your performance and also helps to evaluate the things you've fallen short with.

The percentage rate is low for completed surveys I receive. If I submit 100 surveys, I may receive 12 completed for feedback.
There are a lot of my customers who do not know who GuildQuality is, and it is hard to give answers when I don't know if my customers are familiar with GuildQuality.

We have used GuildQuality since 2006. We have been very pleased with the service provided.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of GuildQuality as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
