In the few months we have had it, we have received phenomenal feedback. The previous site we used, the feedback we would receive was sporadic at best. With GuildQuality, it has been really phenomenal as to the amount of feedback we get from our customers.

GuildQuality is a great way to get honest feedback from customers.
As a company our main goal is to make our customers so happy, they want to do another project with us in the future. GuildQuality surveys help us make sure that goal is met.
The reporting system is super easy, I just submit a list of customers each month who we have worked for and GuildQuality does the rest. Reviewing the results is also easy, we get notification whenever a survey is complete and can also go to our portal on the GuildQuality site to see cumulative results.
What little support we have needed has been met promptly.

when i was speaking to the sales rep, i was lead to believe that we could "throttle down" our service. However when we signed up for the minimum package available i was not advised that this would be the "throttle down" option and therefore that is what we are committed to.
Receiving the feedback has been rewarding. It is also confirming some items we knew were an issue and giving us documentation to move forward and make some changes in our process to fix the problem.
It is always good to get customer feedback. We appreciate even the negative feedback. By addressing these issues we become a stronger company moving forward.

I think they are pros at reminding our client to get the survey done without being too annoying about it. The follow up is great in getting customers to respond. The format of survey is easy to fill out for customers and easy to review for us.
The survey results have been very uplifting for my company, and with those results the growth has been tenfold.
