He mislabeled the electrical panel and didn't put the proper voltage for my air unit.
They provide good service at a good price.
I'm not very happy with the work because all the plaques that cover the cords on the wall are loose. They didn't do a great job.
People should know they promise things and do not follow through. They told me the work would be the same as what the builder did in the model home; they did not do the same quality work. They did not have the proper equipment to cut the holes. When doing the outdoor lights, they cut extra around it, so it does not fit nicely.
I feel like they should stop overcharging people. The guy was really nice but $200 was a little ridiculous for a small $5 piece on the top of the A/C. He was just going by how the company does things. He spent 20 minutes putting this plastic part on the conduit.
Great company and very reliable. I've been a customer for several years now.
My rating is totally based on price. I do a ton of installs across the country and ElectricMan charges the most for their installations of a simple plug. Most people across the country can do it for $100 to $200, but ElectricMan is in the $500 to $700 range.
ElectricMan, Inc. is really professional.
ElectricMan, Inc. was very informative, courteous, and on time.
I don't have any issues with them, but I'm still waiting for approval for my Tesla charger. I have to get approval from salt lake. They said I would get the approval, but I haven't gotten any communication on it. It's been four months.
They were quick in responding back and setting up an appointment. I particularly like their text message notification with the picture of the person that was going to come to my house. That was really nice.
ElectricMan has done two jobs for me, and I have not had any problems.
I thought they were the best electrician I've ever had in this place.
The guys that came out to my house were great. They found the problem right away and fixed it. They weren't even there for an hour. I couldn't get a light switch and a fan to work in a room. Overall, I would give them an A+.
I would highly recommend them.
They did excellent. They were nice. They were efficient. I wasn't here throughout the whole process. The people who worked here were very nice, and they just did their work and got to it and went on about their business. They did excellent work, no complaints. They did everything I asked them to do and everything works. I would recommend them.
They worked for me twice over the past year or so. That's why I rehired them. The first time was a positive experience, and the second time was a positive experience for sure. I like the way they do their pricing. Once the chores to be done were outlined, they hopped right on them and charged me by the hour instead of per line item. It works out better for the consumer that way. I'd give them an A for sure.
That's been a long time ago. Everything went good. That's when he came in and fixed our doorbell. He did fine. They did a good job.
They were upfront and honest. I appreciate the quality of work they did. The last project I did, we had some time pass between the first estimate and actually bringing them out to do the work. There was a big climate change in that time gap, a little larger than I expected. The project was installing some ceiling fans in my back patio area. I'd give them an A-.
They were efficient. They corrected issues that had been done with builders that we didn't anticipate. They did a very good job. They swapped out a ceiling fan and then replaced and moved a chandelier. That's when we found out the chandelier had not been braced properly, the original one. So, we got that fixed. The overall experience was an A+.
ElectricMan did a fine job, but I was really frustrated with how much we got charged. They changed out under-cabinet lights. I'd give them a B and only because of how much they charged. Had they charged less, then it would have been a much better grade.
It was a positive experience.
They were professional, and they did what I needed done. They did general electrical work. I'd give them an A+ overall.
I couldn't say enough good things about ElectricMan. I just loved that they were prompt. I feel like they were very honest. The guy explained the work in detail that he was doing. The price was very reasonable. I would give them an A+.
They did a good job. I'd give the overall experience a B.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of ElectricMan, Inc. as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
