My yard looks great!
We are quite pleased with the results that Blades of Green has brought to our lawn. We had tried many other yard service companies prior to Blades of Green, but once we tried them our lawn looked the best it ever has and we looked no further.

My neighbor liked my lawn so much that he signed up with Blades of Green earlier this year. That says it all -- a lawn that really stands out and gets people's attention!
They provide good service but I feel the monthly cost is expensive for the # of visits.
We tried to talk to them about killing our grass - and then they continued with the same weed killer again! Last year I called a couple of times about service tech didn’t come-he did the house across the street twice! They don’t have a contract with you. I was told on the phone -no service tech said he went to your house. I was home and did not see him come to my house.
BOG techs are thorough and professional. If there are any problems, they fix them. They got rid of our ants and the mosquito, flea and tick treatments have made our yard useable again.
The service has been very good. The technician (Adam) is polite, professional and reports what he finds and answers any concerns.
Brock, Dillon and Carlos did a great job with the aeration and seeding today. They took the time to walk the property with me, understand my problem areas and concerns and took care of each one!
for the most part i have been extremely pleased with the service and the technicians, however, there have been a few times that i had to call them to fill the pest bait stations because they didnt check them during regular service but they always send someone immediately as they do when called because of other situations.
I have had some problems with lawn burning and inconsistency in effectiveness of treatments, but BoG has always been responsive when I have had a problem.
Lawn looks so much better since I started using Blades of Green and I have received many compliments from my neighbors. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Technicians leave detailed notes after each service. Highly recommend.

My experience has always been positive i’ve the years. Company is not pushy with treatments and will work with you with any billing questions/issues. Techs that come out are helpful and answers questions concerning my particular yard circumstances.

They always provide adequate notice when they are coming and do a nice, quiet, job with no issues.
I like how easy it is to get someone on the phone.
The best thing is the mosquito, flea, and tick control. I used to get ticks every time I went outside, but since they treated the lawn, I don't get any ticks. I would give the pest control services 5 stars.
I am satisfied with the lawn treatment and pest control but more so with the pest control. We did have an issue at one point and now we have not had any problems for the last couple of years which is great.

In general, their customer service and accessibility are outstanding however it is not clear to me that I am getting the results I want. The treatments and so forth started out great but as of now, I am not impressed with the results.
I found the service schedule unreliable. For example, we signed up for the natural, non-toxic spray which is supposed to be done two times a month in the summer and our first spray was on July 2, but the next wasn’t done until July 31. No one has been out yet for the August spray. Almost a month apart is not a regular 2x per month schedule. We got tons of mosquitoes in between sprays and when I called to let them know, I was told someone would be out when there was a technician available in the area. So it seems the main office doesn’t have access to the schedule. This is not an effective way of running a business that relies on scheduling clients.
