They do quality service and great work.
They did great work but were quite messy.
B.Q. Basement Systems met my expectations because they did a good job installing it and did not leave a mess. Everything was nicely put in.
I was happy with initial waterproofing, but I wouldn't recommend them for finishing your basement.
Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
I was pleased with the quality that B.Q. Basement Systems provided. The water did come back into my house after the job was completed though. They had to do some additional work but they corrected the problem very quickly. That was impressive to me.
I feel that I was not given enough information to make good decisions concerning my basement.
They resolved all of our basement water problems.
Rick stated that he was very pleased that the company reached out to him proactively for their annual service.
Bq Basement Systems was amazing. They were knowledgable and did everything they said they would!
Excellent responsiveness, care and overall quality.
They broke my water main and it cost me over $5,000 to repair it.
They showed up on time. Did a great job and cleaned up afterward.
The service was fine. My only issue was with the salesperson and the installation crew. They did not seem to be on the same page.
They have always been great.
The work of B.Q. Basement Systems varies from exceptional to shoddy.
I already have recommended them.
Originally I thought they did great work and guaranteed their sidewalk and promised it would not sink but it is now beginning to sink.
They did great work for a great price. I am very likely to recommend B.Q. Basement Systems Inc. to a friend.
They did good job but I did have some water later leak in the basement.
The people were great and worked in a timely manner. I am happy with progress that was made.
I found them to be quick, efficient, and cleaned up well when they left.
They did a very professional job. Arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. Great service.
They had to come out multiple times and the battery back up for sump pump negative terminal was not installed correctly so the pump failed to operate on first power outage
FOR 1400 dollars for one hours worth of work, I would have expected a better job at leveling my walk. Though it is better than before, they should have been able to get it more level. They tried calking the joints to hide how unlevel it was.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of B.Q. Basement Systems Inc. as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
