If it was someone looking for a higher quality home, then no.

Honestly, it's too soon to truly answer this question with confidence. We still have a LOT of items on our "punch list" (a few that are significant) that need to be completed. Until those are completed, it will be tough to provide a honest opinion on whether we would recommend Architerra Homes. I'm confident things will get addressed (Jeff is WONDERFUL to work with). But I'd prefer to do this survey in about 3-6 months.

Everything went smoothly and homes were completed in plenty of time to accommodate my 1031 exchange with time to spare. I have bought 3 homes from this company and am happy with all of them.

We were noticing a few minor things. There is paint specks on window and glue on the patio.

We did recommend and one of our friends did purchase a house a few doors down on Inkwood.

We had a great experience with Architerra and would recommend them to family and friends. They were organized, communicated effectively and made sure our requests were met in a timely manner. The quality of build is great and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you Architerra!

Architerra Homes was very timely. We had compared their craftsmanship against other builders in the area and they were hands down in the top 2 builders in our region as far as quality. Their agents and staff were professional and set themselves apart from many of their competitors. We would definitely recommend them.

I was so excited when I was notified that I was allowed to purchase this home after initially being told no. The remainder of the experience was seamless. Keith Wells was excellent at keeping me informed

The look of the home is appealing, however a majority of the finished are very cheap feeling. The overall experience in the delivery of the home was below quality of other builders I have experienced.

There was a lot of sloppy work on the inside. There are a lot of things that need to be redone such as paint, and loose screws and baseboards. The gate was put in backwards with the latch on the outside. It was put right up next to the AC unit, so because of the gate, I couldn't get the fridge in my house or my trash barrels in the backyard. Things in the yard are not done correctly.

I would recommend Architerra Homes to anybody looking for wonderful quality and an amazing process. I really enjoyed the process we went through as homebuyers. The communication was good, and the overall sales team was great.

I would have given this question 4 stars if ARCHITERRA had allowed us the opportunity to choose and pay the cost of the upgrades we wanted instead of them choosing them for us.

Too early to tell

the style of the house and 3rd car garage was exactly what were looking for. current market conditions for price compared to an older home made our choice easy.

Beautiful and well designed home! I absolutely love it!

The Woodbridge South neighborhood has a great feel to it. Streets are wide and the parking strip and sidewalks add to the spacious feel. The homes are built with quality materials for a tract or spec home neighborhood. I chose the Painted Rock/Woodbridge South Architerra Homes because I felt they were a good value.

Architerra was very professional, responsive and completed our home ahead of schedule.

Happy with the home itself, however any add ons, the customer Should be told exactly what they are getting.

I was not liking that the builder rep kept changing her mind on things constantly. She should have known things before giving an answer. Example: when we got in contract she said we could pick colors, and on the day we were to pick them came back and said sorry, we are too far into the build for that. There was more too.

Architerra delivered on a well designed house with quality materials and craftsmanship. We are very please to live in such a beautiful and soundly built house.

I would definitely recommend Architerra to our friends and family in regards to the quality of the homes and the company itself, the only flaw i found was how rude the listing agent is.

I like the quality of the home and that everything was not an upgrade. The value was very good and part of this was the standard items that would normally be an upgrade with other builders in the area.

The staff we have worked with has been great, and we love our home!

I had hoped my home would live up to the Architerra name. Too many corners were cut to reach a price point that is below Architerra standards.

The floor plan is great with large open concept with generous entryway.

They have been very efficient and friendly in helping us to get into our new home.
