Duane and Eric arrived during the appointment window. Duane walked me through the process and explained where they were going to access the system and the ductwork for cleaning. They were very efficient and professional. They were also good about cleaning up after themselves and putting everything back to rights.

The Air Duct Pros arrived when they said they would and explained everything they were going to do. They were respectful of the house property and tried to make the cleaning of the air ducts as easy and seamless as possible. I was given information on the process as it was happening. I was scheduled to have a dryer vent cleaning at the same time and an inspection revealed it was unnecessary. I appreciated their honesty and feedback.
