The entire home was renovated to improve the functionality for these high tech homeowners. The first floor was redesigned to create a large dining area adjacent to the kitchen for easy entertaining, new laundry and powder rooms, and a new media room. On the second floor, the master suite was altered to allow for a large walk-in closet and luxurious tile shower.
The home was designed to be both high tech and energy efficient. LED light fixtures were used throughout the home and sound deadening sheet rock was used in key areas such as bedrooms, the media room and the dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms and media rooms have automated full blackout shades.
