As a third-party, we provide a level of comfort for your clients, empowering them to share an honest assessment about their project. With the feedback we gather from your clients, you’re able to build customized reports to track company performance, and leverage customer comments and reviews through our marketing suite.

Why would I pay to survey my clients when I can do it myself?

Having an independent third party conduct customer surveys on your behalf puts homeowners more at ease allowing them to be more candid. The result is you receive honest, real feedback about their experience, especially as it relates to little things that a homeowner might not necessarily share with you or the person being evaluated.

How does my client get surveyed?

Our process includes multiple attempts to reach the homeowner through different channels including email, telephone and direct mail. We make it easy for a homeowner to respond to a survey and our phone survey team is friendly and professional.

What kind of survey response rate should I expect?

Our members enjoy a response rate of about 70%. Many are over 90%. Few are under 50%

What kind of reporting do you offer?

GuildQuality includes several standard reports for you to monitor trends in your company’s performance or the performance of individual team members, divisions, neighborhoods, products, etc. You can even benchmark your performance against customized peer groups.

Can I export my data?

Absolutely. If you need more than our reporting tools offer, you can export your data with one click.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

There are no long term commitments, you can cancel your service at any time.

What happens to my profile page if I cancel my membership?

GuildQuality may, in its sole discretion, continue to display the reviews your company has collected, but other premium features, such as access to your survey data and analytics, will be suspended.

What type of information do you need to start my free trial?

We need some basic information about your company but the most important thing is to send the contact information for the clients you want to survey. Without this, we can’t get started.

How is the customer data I give you used?

We only use this information in our surveying process.

Is my customer data secure?

Yes, we take data security seriously and have several protection measures in place.
