Originally this home had a small master bedroom with a very narrow closet and small bathroom. Not ideal for a young and growing family. The project included re-working the existing bedroom; the addition of a large bathroom, a new sitting area, a large walk-in closet; and the addition of an open air porch with attached grilling and planting area. The result was an expanded interior living area connecting with the outdoors via a comfortable porch with fireplace leading to the terrace and rear yard. The family now has a great space for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors.
