Mangano Homes

Mangano Homes has its roots in a family-owned commercial real estate business, established as The Mangano Corporation in 1963.

By 1978, the company, which was building from south of Sacramento to Bakersfield, shifted its focus to single-family homes in the Central San Joaquin Valley. The owner’s son, Andrew D. Mangano, became president in 1988. Under his leadership, Mangano Company, Inc., made Inc. magazine’s “Inc. 500” list, earned mention in The Wall Street Journal and was recognized by Professional Builder magazine as one of the largest homebuilding companies in the nation.

Andy later established his own business, Mangano Homes, Inc. In just a few years, Andy established his company as a premier builder of custom homes, master-planned communities and commercial projects.

Today, Mangano Homes, Inc., is known for building some of the finest neighborhoods in Tulare County and is establishing the same reputation on California’s Central Coast. The company’s reputation, so intertwined with the family name, has been built as a symbol of trust.
