Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

It was excellent experience in terms of Long Fence and Homes scheduling and working with me to schedule things. They did a great job of getting things done quickly and the workmanship is excellent.

For the reasons I was stating before, they had to come back. It took too much time to replace the faulty parts. At this time, I have still not received an insignificant piece.

I've gotten many compliments on the french doors we had put in. It was outstanding work and we are very satisfied. I only do not like that it seems to be a bit overpriced.

They have an excellent salesman. I bought a premium and I should of bought regular. The salesman was very persuasive and smooth. The product looks great. They need to more flexible if people end up making mistakes.

is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking

A picture is going to be worth a thousand words here. Are you referring to a cooling, i.e. interior unit, on HVAC?
