Bell Development started out as an engineering firm, thirty years ago by Julian Bell. Julian, born in Virginia Beach, an engineer graduate of Virginia Tech made his way to Chattanooga, TN back in the late 1960?s to take a job at Dupont. From there he worked with a Mechanical Contractor and then became Director of Public Works for the City of Chattanooga and also the Assistant City Engineer before starting Bell Engineering.

I have two outside outlets (one on the back and one in the front). I noticed that the one in the front is flashing red. Why is that?

That sounds like it is a GFCI outlet, which simply put means your outlet has it's own breaker. Most codes now require outside electrical outlets to be GFCI for safety reasons. If it is flashing red it ... read more
