If you use a black light you can target the urine areas soak in white vinegar leave for ten min wet vacuum as much up as you can mix up a cup of water with a quarter size dawn dish detergant put in spray bottle saturate area but don't soak. Sprinkle baking soda around on the wet area spread likghtly. let sit until everything dries hard this could take up to a day. break up the crusted area with finger tips when dry then vacuum up. it is a bit time consuming but it is all natural and it works like nothing else!
Many gutter clogging problems can be avoided by simply installing oversize downspouts, which allows for a drain hole that is twice the size. This would allow smaller pieces of debris such as maple "helicopters" and other seed pods to escape the system naturally.
If yous debris is much larger, however, like oak leaves and tree branches, one of the systems listed below would have to be considered. Just remember that no screen or hood system is perfect and will require trade-offs (i.e. debris collecting over the top of the system and/or runover during heravy rains). So I always recommend the least intrusive solution first.
There are two types of people that are qualified to help in this case:
1) PUBLIC ADJUSTERS are hired by you to assess damages for the preparation of an insurance claim. If the damage is extensive or complicated, potentially running into tens of thousands of dollars requiring multiple contractors, this is your best bet.
2) RESTORATION CONTRACTORS are General Contractors that specialize in assessing damages and coordinating the actual trades of these types of restoration projects. They may or may not intrface with your insurance company depending on their business model.
Both are your advocate, but like any service person you hire, it is prudent for you to vet them thoroughly before entering into a contract. Either should offer a free no-obligation assessment prior to contract signing.
