They were on time. Had what was needed for the job and did solve a problem that came up as a result of a problem with my roof. Very professional and kept me informed with every step of the process. I would use them again, if the need arises.

Consult a professional. Whether it's 12" or 12' off the ground there are too many safety and code issues for the average homeowner to tackle. Better to do it right than to regret it later.
