We LOVE our Parkwood! The home is solid, beautiful, and has tons of premium finishes as standard that for most builders would be sizable upgrades. It just feels like home and the craftsmanship shows that the home was not built in a 'factory' mindset but with attention to detail. The home builder is semi custom which means you can pretty much do anything to make the perfect home for you. This is a huge difference from other builders who give you very few choices. As for the team down in Sterling Ranch they went out of their way beyond what was required to build the home we wanted. We did a lot of custom things to the home and they worked with us to make sure they were to our expectations. Any errors in the build process were addressed without any hesitation. They put the home buyer first and view things from your perspective while still balancing that with running operations as a business. Be aware that to get this kind of home it takes longer. It was worth the wait!

We will never buy with Parkwood Homes again...NEVER! Not only did we encounter countless issues and incredibly poor workmanship, but the builder had us call and meet with their subcontractors to resolve many issues ourselves making it impossible to work from home. We also replaced several damaged light fixtures, microwave, stove grates, etc... and made numerous repairs ourselves. In losing trust with the PM and his team, we began documenting everything and cc'ing the President of Parkwood Homes. Many of our kitchen cabinet doors/drawer fronts were damaged or warped. On several occasions a warped door was replaced with another warped door, this process continued throughout most of the year. On another occasion, two damaged cabinet drawer fronts were reinstalled upside down with the worker leaving without mentioning it. When brought to the PM's attention, allegedly it was not intentional. We took our custom kitchen knobs off the night before to make their job easier, so the builder put our knobs back on the damaged drawer fronts and reinstalled them upside down by mistake! This was just the beginning, we frequently encountered questionable actions by this builder/PM during the yearlong nightmare of repairs. We most assuredly well documented everything front start to finish!

The time between signing our contract and our anticipated closing date is 18 months; I don't know many people who can wait that long for a new house.

Based on craftsmanship so far. I want to see how some of our home issues get resolved.

After more than a year, we are finally close to getting the house that we should have had on day one.Many current and former Parkwood owners told us that they build a good home and they respond eventually and get things handled and fixed. We are still in that process (after more than a year) and our review may change if and when they fix all of our issues.

We had a fantastic experience with Parkwood. Our home is wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The team at Parkwood is professional and communicative. The house was finished right on the timeline they gave us when we signed the contract. They could not have done a better job.

Parkwood Homes is great. They have great service and great quality.

We are still so impressed with Parkwood even after closing. A lot of other builders "disappear" after the money is handed over but Parkwood consistently impresses with communication. I feel like Costel and Robyn are more like family now with nothing but willingness to help and answer questions if we have any. We had one little mishap the weekend we moved in but were able to get it fixed literally the next day. The mishap wasn't even the fault of the builder. We just keep commenting to ourselves that we made a great choice!

Parkwood has brought a truly innovative townhome design to Denver that blends with the Northfield neighborhood very well. Having gone through a 16 month build experience in this type of market we would be hesitant to consider doing this again although we are happy with the end result.

Purely based on the craftsmanship and warranty response times.

It was a very long and often frustrating process; be prepared to be very involved every step of the way. Looking back, it was also a fun experience in some ways & the people we worked with at Parkwood have all been great. In the end we have an incredible, unique home that we will stay in for many years to come. To end up with this great house... we would do it all again in a heartbeat! We LOVE our house!

I think it is a great quality builder but the process and communication needs improvements.

We went with Parkwood in our new build process because we thought they were one of the better quality homes in the area along with being able to customize our home for my parents to live with us. I loved the customization part but have been highly disappointed with the quality. I would hope that structurally this house is sound but who knows with how the workmanship is around the house. For the price that we paid, I expected better. For the price that is paid, i don't hear of any of these issues in Infinity Homes. We have our 11 month warranty coming up. This review is subject to change depending on how these workmanship issues are handled.

I have found Robyn to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She goes out of her way to explain things thoroughly and takes a personal interest in our homebuilding process.

The Parkwood homes are built beautifully and the quality is great. The staff we have worked with are helpful and responsive. We especially appreciate the get together's Parkwood puts together so we can meet our new neighbors before we even move in.

Overall a great product and great people to work with through construction and warranty.

Good builder so far.

So far (framing just started), the process and interactions with company personnel has all been positive. There has been some delays, but nothing major. Questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. Concern that base price does not include all required items need by code - so expect some increase in base price due to required items - but this is communicated very early and up front. There has been no surprises.

Overall, building with Parkwood Homes has been an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire team.

Probably the best home building experience we could have asked for - great home, great quality and great service on the whole. We get compliments on our home all the time - Parkwood's a great company to work with and they really care about the individual customer's experience.
