Jessica was professionally persistent which ultimately won our business. Then came Bryan...knowledgeable, personable and extremely respectful. His gentle approach sealed the deal. Next we met Joe. Joe is all about business. Professional, expedient and accurate. Joe checked in throughout the whole process and when there was a communication gap, he was quick to fill it. Recognized Excellence - Jessica, Bryan and Joe were all great as I mentioned above. I’d like to point out the fact that had Jessica not been persistent LEAP would not have had our business. Jessica’s follow up calls were what ultimately made it all happen. At the time I initially called for an estimate shortly after my sister broke her ankle. Jessica remained in contact with me which was great. She asked permission to call me at a later date that would be more convenient for my family and I. Overall she has such a sweet and gentle spirit about her.
