The work was completed in an extremely timely manner there was literally no time for any accidents. There was no sign of the guys even evening on our property.
Each representative that visited our home treated it with the utmost respect.
This is only day two but we are in love with our new front door. It is beautiful.
So far so good. No issues whatsoever. The door seems to be a good quality door.
There is no doubt in my mind that these guys know what they are doing. Bryan, Joe and Jessica have all been great to work with. Very professional and courteous. The made us feel valued and like they wanted to our business from start to finish.
Jessica was our first point of contact. I was just shopping around not really sure what I wanted to do. Jessica was professionally persistent which ultimately won our business. Then came Bryan...knowledgeable, personable and extremely respectful. His gentle approach sealed the deal. Next we met Joe. Joe is all about business. Professional, expedient and accurate. Joe checked in throughout the whole process and when there was a communication gap, he was quick to fill it. It was a pleasure working with The Face-Jessica, The Heart-Bryan and The Engine-Joe.
Our project was completed in a very timely manner.

Bryan was beyond knowledgeable. His expertise sold the product. We could tell he was a man of great integrity and that he wasn’t just attempting to make a sale. He was not pushy and did not try and force us to make a decision that day. It felt as if we had a trusted friend in our home someone who had a vested interest in taking ownership of our project.
The door is perfect! Looks identical to the picture we were shown before it was installed.
Jessica, Bryan and Joe were all great as I mentioned above. I’d like to point out the fact that had Jessica not been persistent LEAP would not have had our business. Jessica’s follow up calls were what ultimately made it all happen. At the time I initially called for an estimate shortly after my sister broke her ankle. Jessica remained in contact with me which was great. She asked permission to call me at a later date that would be more convenient for my family and I. Overall she has such a sweet and gentle spirit about her.

Overall we are completely satisfied with the level of service we have received from LEAP. The experience we received from beginning to end has been exceptional and above and beyond our expectations. Leap Windows actually exceeded our expectations by a country mile!
We're probably most satisfied with the actual windows. When we first decided that we needed to do something about our one "favorite" window, we had no idea that it would mushroom into a full-house window replacement project. We are delighted that Leap Windows were instrumental in educating us as to options and so very professional in getting the job done so well.
