James Hardie Sail Cloth Lap Siding

James Hardie Smooth Lap Siding | Staggered Edge Shingle | Board and Batten | Sail Cloth This beautiful colonial style home in Townson, MD was built in 1880. It was renovated again in 1994 adding a cottage addition and garage to the side of the home. The overall condition of the house appeared to be satisfactory. The previous wooden siding had begun to age and the home owners wanted a low maintenance product. The siding on the home experienced fading and peeling paint due to common weather related factors. The roof had a few uplifts around the edges and insulation was now at risk. Custom Concepts Construction Inc was hired as a siding and roofing contractor to do a full exterior remodel of the home. Redesigning the homes look, we installed James Hardie Smooth Lap Siding in Sail Cloth around the home, we added an accent Staggered Edge Shingle Siding on the gables while adding the shingle siding to the front flare as well, and installing Board and Batten Siding to the garage and cottage. We topped it off with picture frame boarder trim encompassing the doors and windows around the home which is in Arctic White. The end result, breath taking.
