Remove siding at right elevation, 1st & 2nd story. Inspect exterior sheeting and renail where needed. Install house wrap and cedar siding per Code and Mfr recommendations. Inspect proper step flashing where roof ties into 2nd story side elev., fix flashing if needed. Replace all adjoining trim boards. (5" reveal, T & G cedar). Paint siding & trim boards once installed. Replace garage man door at right side elevation. Door to be steel with 1/2 glass (same as existing door).
