Remove T-111 on fireplace left elevation Repair rotten plywood on fireplace & reflash (stepflashing). Tyvek (house wrap) & replace corner boards & install Hardie Panel 4'x8' sheets stucco look Paint to match existing house. Replace cap on fireplace chase, spray paint flu & flucap with Rustoleum spray paint
