What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

To deal with a professional, courteous, and affordable home contractor you need to call Kris Konstruction. They make you feel comfortable throughout the process which can be very stressful. They make you feel like you're in very good hands.

Overall, good quality work was mostly done promptly, workers were polite and careful to minimize disruptions. We were satisfied enough with initial contracts to go back to them again when we were ready to redo our kitchen.

The quality and design provided by Kris Konstruction was more than we could have ever hoped. Kris needs to work on communication with home owners before they'd get my business again.

We were hesitate about getting the job done because of the scope of the work that we wanted to be done. The crew for Kris was always willing to answer any of our questions. Once the work begin, we knew we were in good hands. Our family enjoys the kitchen everyday, I don't know why we waited so long...

Answers from contractors near Baldwin, MD

What kind of siding should I install? Hardie Board, or Vinyl with foam backing?

WoW Home Solutions answered:

May 11, 2014
I think you really need to see both on a home and decide what looks better to you.  Vinyl will be cheaper and is a more modular system and less prone to leakage and installation errors.

Looking for tips on how to do a home garage insulation project

WoW Home Solutions answered:

Feb 19, 2014
John, Are you referring to insulating the ceiling of the garage (i.e. cold floors above)?   Will you be dropping the ceiling or are you looking for options with minimal disturbance?
