Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Fresh coat of dallas came highly recommended by friends of ours. it was agreed that the job could be started on friday. the team came in and spent 4.5 hours friday patching/prepping and then when asked what time saturday they woudl be coming back they said that they werent returning until monday. Alex at Fresh Coat Painters of Smyrna helped me make certain decisions and he was very helpful because of his expertise. I can not tell where all of the water damage was. The crew did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with the work the did!

I just had a new home built and they did not put on gutters and they did not tell me in advance. Is this unusual because many people have been shocked by it!
