I highly recommend CRM Construction. This accident created undo stress on the family. I was continually assured by CRM that all area of concern would be addressed, and I should be confident that all work would be completed to my satisfaction. What is the best flooring for a cold, damp basement? There is existing carpet over a concrete slab.

Why is the slab damp?  Carpet, is rarely a good solution over concrete.  There are insulated subfloor panels that can be used as well to have a finished floor installed over top.

I have a ranch-style brick house and I'd like to give it a facelift. Do you recommend painting brick or will it be a lot of maintenance/work in the long-run?
