Turnstone Custom Homes was founded in 2004 in the resort area of coastal Delaware. Thanks to the referrals we receive from our many satisfied customers Turnstone is today among the fastest growing custom home builders in Delaware. Our primary focus is in high end luxury beach homes, but we are also able to deliver a custom home building experience for people seeking a more affordable home. Many of our customers are moving to the Delaware beaches for retirement. We specialize in keeping the construction process manageable, even when the customer lives hours away from the home site. Turnstone also is uniquely qualified in the field of ICF construction, one of the most durable construction techniques available, and highly suited to the threats posed to coastal homes.
