Outstanding workmanship/service throughout, the windows made a big difference in noise control from outside...I am experiencing total silence from a boiler system that isn't far from my bedroom window, thank you!! They explained everything during the job. The crew made sure to call ahead of time to let me know that they were coming. I have no complaints.

There are gaps in the screens of the final product. Excess caulk was used because it seems like the sizing is off. The workers left many scuff marks that needed wiped down and cleaned after the installation. I'm moving to a new place and would have liked to used HomeVisions again as I'll need new windows there as well.

The project consisted of three double hung windows in a building that we have completed many jobs through the years. We are confident we can get this right for you and again, we apologize.
