Our service techs were routinely early, as in they would give a time and would arrive sometimes as much as 45 minutes before their scheduled time, and were always out in a reasonable amount of time. I can't recommend them enough, they did superb work.

Dennis is correct, NARI is a great resource. Locate a contractor that has a good relationship with a structural engineer. Between the two, they should be able to come up with a good solution.

What can be done to remedy a home with issues related to an EIFS stucco system? Can you re-do the front of the house with another material (i.e. Stone, etc)

Many of the EIFS issues we see are related to improper flashing, etc. These types of issues can be repaired by removing EIFS in affect area installing PROPER flashing as patching EIFS. Done by a pro ... read more
