Keystone Window replaced three windows and window trim in my bedroom. One of the windows was improperly installed and the installer used excessive exterior caulk all over the window trim. They refuse to make the repairs.

Problem Resolution - We had a couple of problems, but the owners solved them. The owner was great and the best part of the company. The best part was the owner came to my house personally and measured the window. He promised everything he had said in his commercial, and that was the best part. He never reneged on anything.

Why Choose Keystone - Renewal by Anderson & Pella Windows is who I got estimates from. I chose Keystone because they were less than half the cost for the same windows. They didn't play the games like how Anderson does. They say if you do the job by this date, we will give you this much off. Rob came out, gave me the price and stuck by it. I like dealing with facts and transparency rather than playing games.
