I have repeatedly called, telling them I have water leaking into house. Finally, a representative came, and he immediately saw that the windows were improperly installed. Also, since installation of sliding glass door, light switches for outside security lighting don't work. I have spoken to the company twice since their representative was here (over a month ago), and was told they're waiting for their insurance to pay for people to come here to fix the problem with all my windows. I don't find that excuse acceptable. Their insurance is not my concern. Did I just throw thousands and thousands of dollars out the window? I am 71 years old with very limited funds, and I think it's shameful to be blown off this way.
This is our second purchase of windows for Quillen Bros. Just like the first purchase the windows, installers and staff were extremely helpfully and knowledgeable of the product line and is helping us find the Correct style and type of windows for our 1925 craftsman home.

Great products, but there was a major miscommunication to setup our measurement. It was later resolved, and we love our new windows and patio door.

Recognized Excellence - I feel the guy that installed my windows did an extremely good job. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it very quickly. He was interrupted quite a bit from family emergencies but always made up for it by doing the work so quickly, so I was pleased.

Were told our two window air conditioners would fit in new windows and they will not. Was told our windows would not be in before 1st of new year and than received a call from Matt Quillen on Dec 16 insisting that we allow them to be put in our home on Fri Dec 20th. We were having our family Christmas on Dec 21st and I told him that would not work. I told him salesman said it would not be till after first of year, he said by our contract with them it says 30 days, on our copy it said 4 to 6 wks and the day we signed up was on Nov 23 so the day he called on Dec 16 was only 3 wks. He continued to say don’t you want before your family comes so they can see your new windows. I said it would not make a difference to our family! He said well I have several people wanting them before Christmas and I said we have our tree up in front of window, he said they can work around that , they don’t have that much to do inside. I said I would not tear up my house before Christmas. He said they had no place to store the windows, I said that big building has no storage, he said no we rent part of it to a church. He finally said well we can wait till Jan 2 you will be first customer that morning, because trailer will be loaded with windows and will have to get yours off first. So we took down all our blinds and drapes and curtains off windows and moved necessary furniture on Jan first expecting crew at 8 am on Jan 2 nd like Matt Quillen stated and no one showed. A little after eleven Jeremy Parker calls and said he was checking on work sites to see how they were progressing when he somehow found out one of the crew that was to do our windows did come to work, I told him how unhappy we were they had no showed and he said he would have to check his schedule to see when they could work us in. I than told him what had transpired with Matt Quillen and he insisted we have then put in Jan 2 and now this happens. So he said he would get back to us that afternoon but it turned out to be the next day on Friday he called and said they would put them in on Mon Jan 6th. Two men came then on Monday and put them in. Four days after Matt insisted they be put in.
The windows have proven to be what they claim. My house is now warmer. I'm just really pleased with the product.

We are very pleased with the results of our bathroom remodel. There was an issue with the toilet leaking, but we called in and in short order the installer returned and fixed the problem. Great service!
